Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Commission-based · Remote · Worldwide
Own top-of-funnel outbound for WH Studio. Book qualified discovery calls with US and UK founders, CTOs, and product leaders for our SaaS, MVP, and full-stack engagements.
What you'll do
- Research and prospect ICP accounts (US SaaS startups, scale-ups, and product teams)
- Run multichannel outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) with personalized sequences
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for senior engineering leadership
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report on weekly pipeline metrics
What we're looking for
- 1+ year SDR/BDR experience selling services, SaaS, or agency engagements
- Strong written English and confident phone presence
- Experience with Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar outbound tooling
- Self-directed, comfortable working async across time zones
Compensation
100% commission — recurring % of every closed deal you source, paid monthly.
Cold Caller / Outbound Closer
Commission-based · Remote · US hours preferred
Pick up the phone and open conversations with decision-makers. You'll work from warm prospect lists and your own research to set qualified meetings and assist with closing engagements.
What you'll do
- Make 60–100+ outbound dials per day to vetted US and UK prospect lists
- Handle objections, qualify need/budget/timeline, and book strategy calls
- Follow up by email and LinkedIn after every call
- Hand off qualified opportunities to the founder for closing — or close them yourself
What we're looking for
- Proven cold-calling experience (agency, SaaS, B2B services)
- Neutral or North American accent, professional phone manner
- Comfortable with rejection and high-volume dialing
- Reliable headset, quiet environment, stable internet
Compensation
Per-meeting bounty + % commission on every deal closed from your calls.

Compensation
15% recurring commission on the first 12 months of every signed engagement. Top partners earn $20K–$50K per referred SaaS build.
